This shop was an amazing find for the transportation company I work at (Genox Transportation). First impression blew me away. I called in the morning with a roadside request and they said they would call me back. Typically no one calls back but I was BLOWN AWAY when they called me a few hours later. Great experience, highly recommend!!! They changed my 4 brake chamber for 30 min. Great job guys! Some shops around give me estimate waiting time 2 weeks for brake chambers!!!

If you're ever in the Pittsburgh area and need a shop these are the guys to go to. They diagnosed and solved my issues quickly. They were also able to change my parameters with dealer level capabilities. Good price and excellent service. I highly recommend PRS.

This is my second visit to PRS. The shop is very clean, the work was completed in the time they said it would be. I had several questions and the mechanic who worked on my rig came out and met with me answered all of my questions and wasn’t rushing me to get back to what he was working on he took his time and explained everything to me. What a great team they have.

Relocated my business from OH to the greater Pittsburgh area about a year ago. After 3-4 significant repair's with other commercial equipment repair shops I was starting to believe I was going to have to just deal with poor customer service and extremely long turnaround.
