This shop was an amazing find for the transportation company I work at (Genox Transportation). First impression blew me away. I called in the morning with a roadside request and they said they would call me back. Typically no one calls back but I was BLOWN AWAY when they called me a few hours later. They went to several job sites to repair our equipment during snow storm season, and the in shop repairs were great for our drivers that could make it there. The best place in PA to get work done on heavy trucks and trailers. They were the only place within a 50 mile radius of Pittsburgh that could get me in for a DOT inspection on my 40’ gooseneck trailer. Not just the only one that could see me same day, but the only one that had availability to see me in under a week! For a quick 30 minute inspection?!? Crazy. Staff is really friendly. PRS was awesome to work! It's hard to find a company that will actually travel onsite to do DOT inspections... these guys were ON-TIME and I was promptly emailed a receipt and digital copy of the DOT inspection. GREAT TO WORK with!!

Very knowledgeable staff. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the product services they put out. They diagnosed my issues with great communication as well as documentation. Its the loyalty, communication and documentation that keep people like myself willing to stay committed to a company. PRS will have my future business as well as my referrals.

Fast and great service. Jake was the best. Got me right in and out. Drivers Lounge is nice with clean restrooms and all the coffee you can drink. We even got the going rate on parts and service. Awesome!!!!
