I have rode prt for over a year now, riding the bus is not a problem at all. I lost my ID on the bus my ID with my personal information on it at 12:20pm Wednesday I called less then 4 minutes later after realizing the bus is not coming back around to do its route. I can see why employers tend to call the bus an unreliable transport. Can't trust you for ANYTHING. No 9:25 bus only to see THREE busses at that stop twenty minutes later, none of them usable. Get your shit organized.

Unfortunately, I did not catch the bus driver's name. But on 24th, at 1:09 AM. The 61 b bus number 3534 driver literally was my angel in disguise...they really looked out for and maybe were "just doing there job" but for an autistic female who was on the edge of losing it...the kindness, understanding, respect and listening that the bus driver provided me with changed the course of my overstimulated, stressed out brain which allowed me to calm down and gather myself...... for one of the very few times in my life, ill never f... read more

Had a amazing experience and everything handled quickly and the staff made sure I got what I needed without any hassel. Love to visit next time

If you intended on going to the airport you might as well start walking now because there is no telling when the 28x will actually arrive. It used to be decent, but I've taken it 5 times this year and on 3 of those occasions the bus intended to take simply did not show up, and when they did show up they were incredibly late. I have registered a complaint every time but something tells me its reliability will never be improved.
