Between Pittsburgh regional Transit and upmc, they have made traffic in Oakland a big mess especially on 5th avenue. We should defund PRT and make UPMC pay their share of taxes
Those new electric busses are rough on long commutes with tough to sit on seats and tight spaces. A couple times I'd be standing at the bus stop and it'd fly right past me as well, but it's pretty rare. It's a big city transit service in the process of making changes. I also ride an ebike, so having more bike & bus dual use lanes should be part of their plans but I guess it's a minor complaint. Definitely not a 2 star service.
I hope every employee loses their job at this place
Horrible transportation providers. Constantly waiting for delayed or cancelled trains. Its inhuman for a commute time to double due to careless planning on their part.
Aggressive and rude drivers, non dependable routes with unprofessional customer service. The complaint form on the website does not even work, but they want more money and to reduce/eliminate routes. How about all the money used to rebrand?
