A tourist destination in its own right, this one-billion-dollar passenger terminal features an x-shaped design for its 100 departure gates, is connected by high-speed underground rail to a separate "landside" terminal for easy check-in and baggage claim and is home to more than 100 shops and restaurants. It was one of the first terminals in the United States to offer a shopping mall-like atmosphere and is mandated to charge "street prices" for its goods and services, similar to what they cost in non-airport locations.

The worst!! Security line out of the terminal this morning at 5:00 am for a 6:50 departure….. barely made my boarding. What happened to this airport?
This place is awful no communication no customer service and You would think Delta could hand this Half the restrooms are closed Monday at at 11:30 nothing open
his is a typical liberal managed airport, they’ve wait tens of millions of dollars, built an unneeded airport 20 or so years ago, had to close part of it down because there were no carriers renting the space and now they want to spend tens of million more chasing some dream that is unclear to the tax payers funding it. Also the miss management of this airport has lead to some of the highest gate fees in the country which results in high ticket prices. Easy in and out!!!!!!!!!!
As I entered to have them check my I’d and go through TSA the lady “helping” me was so rude about everything. Snatched my I’d and pass from my hand as I handed it to her. Asked the lady which way to go for the line she said obviously this one if it’s open. And was just completely out of character for this worker.
Best airport in USA!! Love it.
