I wish I had something nice to say about this place, but unfortunately I don't. I used their webpage to schedule a session for Sunday afternoon. There were 4 spots available for the time that I wanted so I went ahead and booked. The day before my session I was contacted by the spa and told that my scheduled time slot was not available. I wasn't able to reschedule for a different time so the spa cancelled my session. Not a very fun father's day gift

Pittsburgh Float Spa is an absolute gem. I’m obsessed with how they decorated the space — from the moment you walk in, everything feels calm, clean, and intentionally designed to help you unwind. The staff is so welcoming and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes the whole experience feel really comfortable, especially if it’s your first float. The float was amazing! I didn’t know what to expect and it was wonderful! The sauna felt wonderful and had different settings for different issues. I feel better than after a massage. The facility is lovely. The owner, Luke is very kind. I will be back!!!!

This was my second visit to Pittsburgh Float Spa, and it was fantastic once again. I was reluctant to write a review the first time because the experience is hard (at least for me) to put into words. What I can express easily is that Pittsburgh Floats is clean, comfortable, and well-run. The owner is welcoming and prepares you well. Also, everything is laid out for you. I highly recommend the experience at Pittsburgh Float Spa!
