Definitely an odd experience that I did not get to experience. Scheduling online was easy. The online website explained what I needed to know to prepare to float. On the morning of my scheduled float, I received a text message asking if I could come at a different time. When I arrived about 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment time (the company's website suggested to be there 30 minutes early), there were no directions on where to find this business.
