Horrible horrible horrible customer service. There’s no way my close friend and his siblings who just lost their mother should have been forcibly removed with the police called in them. Be without having their mothers things taking care of. They were very unprofessional and rude, when they are the reason things got mixed up and they didn’t want to fix it.
