Had to call office for the second time to straighten out insurance issue. The office Manager was very rude and not willing to listen to my concerns. This is the second time this has happened. She went on to explain that she couldn't say why the same thing had happened twice. That the person who files their insurance said it was in a pile on her desk so she just sent it in. I will no longer be a patient here.
If you are looking for a dental office, I don't know how you could find a better one than this. Dr. Pittman and Melissa were amazing. You will find them compassionate and understanding. I had a challenging emergency situation, and they took me, and took care of it thoroughly, quickly and with concern. Their pricing scale is so very reasonable. There was absolutely no pressure for big buck treatments. I just can't say enough about the care at this office.
I was told only patient allowed in the back so I sent my 8yr old daughter back for a cleaning. She came back crying and they said 3 cavities. I got 2nd opinion and they found no cavities. That was over 8 years ago and she still has no cavities. Very friendly staff, except for our tech, when I asked why I wasn't brought back and shown the x-rays she got a little aggravated like I was asking too much to see the xray. My daughter was seen in Jan 2016 for fillings she was 16. She was triple covered. I have never actually been there. Just communicated over the phone. I called prior to her appointment and made sure they knew which to bill first. They told me what my part would be and I paid it. I still had part of one of the deductibles to pay. She had 3200 in coverage still to use though between the 3 insurances. I then received a bill for over $500.00 after. I called and they were always nice not going lie about that.
