He started going through our things and trying to use our tools to do his job. Wanted us to help him and didn't accomplish 1 thing. Waste of our time. Bad news.

BEWARE: Racist nut. I found Russ Pittman after being put in a bind and needing service at one of our customers sites in Fresno. After trying to get a hold of a number of other reputable electricians last minute I stumbled across Pittman Electricial - some how I got a hold of him ( he uses a call service to take all his calls and a pager, when he calls you its always anonymous). Beware. We chose not to use Russel Pitman for our particular job and I will tell you why so you can judge for yourselves. 1. his price was much to high. 2. He came in an unmarked vehicle. 3. he calls on a blocked phone number. 4. doesnt answer his own phone. 5. he was a little strange. Now once we decided not to use him. He took it upon himself to come to our home uninvited after we decided not to use him. Then prank called me on his blocked number.
