Our family had a very disappointing experience here. After building a long, trusting relationship with one of their counselors, we took a short break. When we returned, we were told the counselor had left the state. Later, we discovered that wasn’t true. They had actually opened their own practice nearby. My daughter went in with a crisis after a breakup with a bf and was doing self harm. Holly was a waste of time and Never followed up to reschedule like she claimed she would through email. Holly is fake and superficial with her appearance and that also didn’t help my young daughters situation. After one visit she was told she has bipolar and depression. This place is a scam. Don’t waste your time esp if you’re childs life is in jeopardy I called the office months later to inform them. I’m sure it’ll do no good

I love this office so much! I cannot praise them enough! Both my children are patients as well as myself. I don’t see any of us going anywhere for a long time!

They told a 6 year old that they were adopted in the first SECONDS of an appt. The 6 year old didn't know. Below this, the practice will probably try to throw me under the bus and say some stuff about how I did something wrong - they have absolutely failed conclusively and spectacularly. Absolute scum. (Also, this is the second time posting this. As you can see, exactly what I said is what's happening: they're doing everything possible to avoid accountability. Look through the rest of the reviews for more of that!)
