After a horrible instance with another clinic, PFD came through handily. I couldn't reach the prior clinic for my x-rays so they called and called for me until they could get through. It wasn't their fault I had to wait a little longer than anticipated and were mindful of another appointment I had just across the way. They worked so hard and so fast to get me in and out the door and got me to my other appointment just in time! I'm glad I listened to a recommendation to see them! =)
