Very bad experience. I got injured and came to the clinic, but they kept telling me to come back the next day. Each time I came, they said they were full. I waited many times and they still didn’t help me. Staff are slow and not organized. Not recommended.
It's the only walk-in clinic that still exists in the area. A visit to my own doctor has a 4 month wait time. I needed a medical exam on short notice for unexpected work travel and got it that day. Reception was efficient and friendly, and the doctor was diligent and thorough while filling out 2 pages of company supplied questionnaire. The process took up most of my day but they made the best of my tight deadline. The bad reviews come from people with unreasonable expectations.
I haven't been for awhile because the doctors were incompetent and rude. Tried going back today and I guess I will never find out of it changed because they stop taking patients half hour after they open. People are lined up wayyy before opening. Not worth it. My recommendation is to make an appointment at the walmart clinic if you can afford the 22 dollar fee.
