I had a deeply disappointing experience with this business. A few months ago, they replaced my brakes using poor-quality parts. When I raised concerns about a broken rotor, they dismissed it, claiming it wouldn’t affect the braking system which is dangerously inaccurate advice. Since then, the issue has worsened significantly. In a recent visit, they suggested redoing the job. I will absolutely get the repairs done, but not with such unprofessional and dishonest people!

I called the shop on a Saturday and explained my situation. Even though he was closing for the day, Mike graciously stayed past business hours while my car got towed to the shop. Monday morning Mike let me know what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I had my car back that afternoon. This was hands down the most professional and seamless experience I have had and am so happy I chose this business.
