Property did not honor their “first come first serve” application policy. Very unhappy & disappointed in the service provided, and the lack of integrity/honor they complied with in regards to their policy. We paid for two application fees as well, totaling to $100. We were the first people to submit an application for the apartment, and pay the fee, and in less than 24 hours they rented the apartment from underneath us to someone else who applied after us.
Best Property Management People In Greenville – My daughter came to Greenville to go to school and picked The Wesley South apartments to live in. The Manager Angela was very helpful with helping her when her mom lives 4 hours away!! Things got really bad for my daughter and she needed to transfer home but had just signed a 12 month lease just 3 months prior. The lease was Guaranteed by her myself as my daughter was only 18! I love my apartment at Wesley South! I love living at Wesley South! It's the best place I've lived at since I came to ECU. Management and maintanance are great and helpful. I like being close to campus and on the bus route too. They also let me have my big dog and it's hard to find a place without a weight limit. I'd recommend Wesley South to anybody and I've told lots of friends about it.
I never want to move again I lived at Wesley South a long time ago about 4- 5 years and moved because of the staff. I LOVED the apartments the first time around it was just the staff that rubbed me the wrong way. I have now come back to Greenville and did a little research on the community and property management. I'd recommend Pitt Property Management to everybody! I moved to Wesley South last spring & have had a great time! Management and maintenance rock and are always happy to take the time to make my stay as pleasant as possible. They even welcome my dog to go in the office for a treat! They always remember my name, my dog's name and what apartment I live in. My memory's not at good as that! The rent is so affordable that I got a 2 bedroom instead of a 1 bedroom. The Best Apartment in Greenville! What a great group to rent from! Pitt Property Management has been so good to my girlfriend and I. We have rented from others,and I feel like we finally found people who care. They were so friendly from day one, and now we realize that its just the way they do business. Awesome people! I have rented from Pitt Property Management for years, and they are so nice to work with. Angela really seems to care about her residents. I??ll bring my dog by the office, and she always has a treat for them. She takes the time to listen to any issues I'm having, and takes care of it without complaining. Manager is unfair I have had many issues with Pitt Property Management. I have been leasing my apartment ar Brookfield Apartments since 12/03 I subleased (big mistake). Upon the early spring of 2004 I noticed water leaking on my ceiling. The old manager Amy would send the maintance in to spray the ceiling. The problem continued. The roof had a leak. LOVE THEM! My husband and I are both ECU students and we love love love this company...we live at Wesley Commons South and have had the best experience with this place. They allow pets, are close enough to campus to walk, yet it doesn't feel like a college-kid-hangout type place. Angela, the property manager, is fantastic, as well as all of her office staff.
