Supposed to be receiving an air compressor shipped via pitt ohio. Setup the appointment with them on Friday (to be delivered on Monday). Never heard a word from them on Monday.;.... called to see what was happening. The lady (Roanoke, VA) - said it didn't go out today.... no idea why... hopefully will go out tomorrow. I said.. but I had an appointment - took off work to receive this... her answer... I know how it is.. you will just have to call back tomorrow to see if they put it on the truck.
Bunch of idiots worst place to ever work
Hired Pitt Ohio to pick up a gelato case purchased from 8th Street Pizza, New Albany, IN (commercial address, please google the business and see for yourself) and to be delivered to my business (commercial address) Salt Lake City, UT. After inspecting and refusing the product for being all broken in hundreds of pieces, all glasses panels were broken, I called the insurance and after paying the deductible, I received the insurance money, until here no problem. I was given 4 hour window for delivery. Got a call 3 hours and 15 min. into the 4 hour that delivery will be 2 hours late.
