It’s a Monopoly! I have several agencies checking into my situation. It’s a touchy issue due to the fact they own all the meters! No third-party readers are allowed to interfere with the equipment. So if you have a conflict you will have to file the grievance with Pitt&Greene. But the issue will never be resolved because the Electrical company conduct. A in house investigation that will always turn out in there favor!
