Ordered a part was the wrong part shipped it back was charged 14 dollars originally for shipped cost me 50 to ship back the part was 92$ to begin with... asked for a refund on the shipping. In which I was informed that they do not do that.. Will not order from them again
Waiting for a refund for a month. They want to charge a restock fee for a defective part that should not be put back on the shelf! Stay away from these people.

Horrible customer service. Feels like this operation is run out of a closet with no technology. Very ego centric managers and confused employees. Save the trouble and get the same product elsewhere for the same price.
Attempted to place an online order but received email stating canceled. When I called they said it was due to my shipping address being different from my billing? So? Why even give the option to input a different address if you’re going to refuse to ship? I asked what other information they’d need verified to complete the order and was told there’s NOTHING I CAN DO?!?!? I live in an rv which is why my shipping address is different than my billing and needed these parts for a repair to get back on the road. Thanks pitstopusa ... read more
