I’ve been coming here for awhile before they even switched to new management. But I was extremely satisfied with my service last Monday so I thought I’d finally leave a review. They are always so thorough and helpful with tons of reassurance. Shoutout to Shan and Shan lol for always accommodating me, now that I inquired for other services other than an oil change I’ll gladly be back to know I have trustworthy mechanics. #yourfavcontentcreator
Shawn was very customer friendly,detailed,and explained the entire service in detail which I appreciated.
I had such a great experience at this car shop! From the moment I walked in, everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. My experience at Pistop was educational and personable. The team explained thoroughly to me what was being done to my car. (Even watched a video about it.. engine flush). Overall customer service is top tier!
