I went here for a quick car wash and this was such a pleasant and extra mile experience! The attendant, Fawn, came out and greeted us. She was very polite, friendly, and professional. I had asked about what I needed to order to get some caked on spots off the top of my roof. She said it would be best to go to the bug wash station first and try to scrub it off with the included solution. PitStop Hwy 49 South. No towels in bins went to office young guy said oh we have to wash some. Then he said they washing. Did not even bother to check or look for clean towels. They must have a very large washer to clean them all at once. Poor Custer service!
They have a $10 basic, but the $20 and $30 wash are the best bang for your buck. The vacuums are good, and if they aren't, I usually see an attendant in the lot ready to help, or I wave one down at the front. The towels are a great addition almost always available unless they get busy. I love the glass cleaner and all-purpose but have noticed people just taking them, which is just sad.
