The service was amazing, and the crew was as well. Jesse, CJ, and Victoria were a delight.
Great car wash for the money! Very helpful staff at the kiosk, and for $17/month you get unlimited washes, towels and spray, I love the free windshield washer fluid!! All around very impressed by the wash, the amenities, and the attitude of the staff. You don’t see value like this anymore!!!
Yep, another subscription complaint. I noticed a 39.99 charge to my bank account today. What a shame that a store manager coaches and trains his employees to get subscriptions this way, take the customers card inside and sign up for them. Sure does make that manager look good on a weekly conference call with the boss I guess. What a shame that corporate says, sorry about that but we have a sign and a kiosk which didn't get used in my case. Every time we go in we never get 100% service! Today the camera would not read my windows sticker...first guy who came didn't have a over ride card and then he told me the sticker was too low on the window...been using it for a year now? Second guy had the card - Have a suv and they never completely wash the back with the soap brush! Never..never do all the water nozzles work leaving soap on my suv - Someone from maintenance needs to visit this location.
