Pit stop of Denham Springs was a great car wash in the beginning. However, there has been numerous equipment issues over the past months. Currently the air blower system by the vacuums has been out of service for the past 2 weeks because of water in the lines. When I inquired yesterday, I was told it might be another 1- 2 weeks before it’s fixed. I pay a considerable monthly cost for substandard service. I am dropping the subscriptions on my 3 vehicles and going elsewhere.
Had an issue with my membership, the customer service was horrible still not resolved. I ended up canceling both my memberships and will never use again.
