I called Pitstop after my car broke down. NRMA had already inspected it, so I knew roughly what the issue was. Pitstop told me they’d take care of it, so I paid $150 to have my car towed there. A few days later, I got a call saying they wouldn’t fix it — with no explanation whatsoever. If I asked the boss in the background would just keep yelling “I’m not fixing it!”. After paying for a second tow, another mechanic fixed the problem with no issue at all. It was just confusing, and an incredible waste of money.
Mechanics were great at diagnosing a problem with my car. I appreciated their honesty. Highly recommend to any woman looking for an honest mechanic.
