HR sweeps complaints under the rug. We contacted the dealership to report misconduct from an employee who physically assaulted my wife. We offered proof and police reports. HR said we would get a call back and after weeks nothing has been done and ****** nor the general manager will dignify us with a **** call back. These people are a joke.
I attempted to purchase an 2022 EV6 electric vehicle at the Pitre dealership after receiving an email from the General Manager stating a great cash price for the vehicle; I live in El Pao; so, I traveled 45 miles to Las Cruces to the dealership. When I got there, they presented me with a different price which was about $2000 above the promised cash deal from the general manager. This is my second experience with a car purchase from Pitre *** and it was a very raw deal and now I am out of a vehicle and unable to purchase another one for a few months because of the very bad financial situation they put me in. Extremely raw deal! No contact from anyone to make it right. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They have zero integrity!!! Arturo was such a great guy to deal with and appreciate all he did, however while he took a couple days off they sold the car right out from under him and we already had a deposit on this vehicle. So much for integrity and loyalty , one of the managers allowed this to happen, the SALESMAN ( he knows who he is and hope Karma bites him in the ass) who did this is a HORRIBLE PERSON, don’t trust any of them!
