PASTED FROM MESSAGE FOUND ON THE WEB As a former PB employee, I can say that I saw my share of customers who were "screwed". The company rates technicians based on "time" spent repairing a machine. You have to lie on your time card to keep your job. If you are sent to training you "better keep up" even if you do not fully understand how to repair the machine you are being given instruction on.
