I’ve read the other reviews before I’m reviewing mine. Pretty much same like the other fellow drivers. It’s been 12 hrs no dock load is not ready they’ve been telling me appointment was at 17:00 checked in since 13:00 not it’s next day 1 still no dock no load . If I would’ve read the reviews before I got here may be cancelled the load & picked up another load . Screwed up the whole day when market is hot . These idiots scheduled 10 trucks for delivery on Monday at 7 AM! Each truck takes an average of 50 minutes to unload! Don't come here if you don't want to waste your entire day!
I’ve never had any issues loading at this place. I know they take too long sometimes but that’s part of the job just like any other place. Ppl is friendly. But you can only be at the location 1 hours prior you appointment or you’ll be fined, not sure how much but I know they’ll fined you for being there early
I can't believe this company is still running First broker lied to us that they will unload us Saturday but they were closed. Then Monday they unload one truck at the time for 2h 30min for each. Then the cooler broke down so they stopped unloading. Thursday they start again at 6 pm we finally got unloaded l. Don't waste your time.
Not bad. Somebody on the phone did not know how to tell me which, road to take to the recieving dock.. theres a corner there, and 2 small roads.....no signs for receiving..only shipping..., i asked if it was the road in front of the store...? No real answers, just repeated to go around back of the building.. 🤔🫣 Good thing I walked around to find out , eventually i saw a lot with a small security building..and the security girl was great, she explained everything. i checked in was the only truck, got unloaded right... read more
