I have used Pitcock for 40 years. Always friendly and honest. They provide great service and don't rip you off as I have observed at msny other repair shops & dealerships. Go here if you want a trustworthy and honest job done.
After reading the reviews and considering the proximity to my office, I decided to give Pitcock Automotive a try. I was hoping they could help with my failing A/C. However, the person at the counter seemed tired and disinterested and informed me that they couldn't even look at my car for at least a week. There was no offer to make an appointment—pretty much just a “go away now” attitude. Oh well, it was worth a try.
