As a Realtor I work with appraisers a lot. Nan is always kind and great to work with. Her appraisals are well researched and fair. I never have concerns when she is working on a report. At times I call to get advice and opinions about properties I am listing and she is always available to talk and share her knowledge. Highly recommend working with her!

I had the displeasure of having this firm do the appraisal for my VA loan for my home. Displeased is mild compared to what I really want to say about how everything was handled with this woman doing my appraisal. When we spoke on the phone to establish a time for her to come out, there seemed to be an air of attitude, which i thought was kind of odd.
