I have only great things to say about PITCH. Baky and his team designed an absolutely beautiful back deck for us.... then followed up with a FAST and EFFICENT build. This is a reliable, fair, and effective company --- thank you, PITCH!
We have three roofs. I replaced two with another company, and then the other was a roof deck, so I allowed Pitch Concepts to replace the underlying roof. The roofs I re-did with the other contractor have not had a leak or any issue. Unfortunately, the roof I did with Pitch hasn't stopped leaking since they worked on it. Baky has been good at about making sure we get this fixed so far, so will update once we get it fixed but I can't in good conscious leave previous review until we've got this thing done. Pitch Concepts is a company with great design and execution. They installed a multi deck system for our backyard in the summer of 2023. Baky was able to help us with reroofing the underlying garage deck roof and helped us redo the pergola as well. Baky’s team was busy as it was peak summer, but the team never made us feel like we weren’t a priority despite handling other larger, luxury projects for the neighborhood.
