We start with whole ingredients, prepared from authentic recipes handed down in our families for generations. We could probably find easier ways to do things--but when you love what you do, you wouldn't dream of it.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The staff was rude, completely unprofessional, and had no interest in listening or helping. I asked for something very simple — meat and salad, nothing fancy — and instead of accommodating a basic request, they acted confused and dismissive. After a frustrating back and forth, someone who seemed to be the manager finally understood what I wanted. When the food came, it was a joke.
