I went in to grab a quick bite, and I was intrigued by the chicken Shawarma burger. However, it fell short of my expectations that it was only offered as a combo with fries included, and the worker there couldn’t even tell me the price without fries. Offering items individually as well as in combos would give customers more flexibility and reduce unnecessary food waste.
