The underbody wash is all of about 20 seconds so you have to zip thru that part and don't expect the bugs to get washed off the lower parts of your car. For $16, I kind of expect a more thorough wash. The entire wash is very fast. I remember coming here when it was owned by someone else and the wash was about 8-10 minutes for the most expensive one. Now it's 5-6, more expensive, and my car does not come out looking as clean. No wonder most people use the do it yourself bays

Gave this only 3 stars because most of the time the machine does not print the receipt, and there is no one there to ask for help with getting a receipt.
