Had an oil change, was charged extra to R&R a fabric panel that only has a few screws, looked under the car when I got home (last year they messed up the drain plug and I lost 2 qts of oil in my driveway so I always check now) and they didn't reinstall the panel, they put the screws back in but not the panel, went back and they reinstalled it, but only put a couple screws back in and stripped the rest of them.
I liked the service @ pioneer Lube in Ishpeming, Michigan. Would recommend to anyone who needs an oil change done! The car wash next door does an good job on there car wash, I had gotten the $14 dollar car wash nice job!

Used the car wash and it left soap all over my vehicle and it was still dirty. Tried to contact the number listed under cupcakes car wash and they informed me they no longer own it. Tried to call the quick lube phone number and they don’t even have a voicemail setup.
