They've bought out our local rental company and although the actual servicing by the previous owner and team is still great, the back end admin (communication, billing, payments, etc) is absolutely awful. Can never get a response from their office, they've changed billing protocol without any attempt to inform, no monthly statements. We will find a more professional (and hopefully local) outfit to work with going forward

What a fantastic company to do business with. I have never and I mean never been disappointed with the level of service I receive. Our business requirements can change in hours and the Pit Stop team has always handled every situation quickly and professionally.

We had a portable trailer rented from another company for a wedding. The day before the wedding(a Friday) they called to say they could only bring us a porta potty which the bride was not ok with. Called pit stop and they were fantastic to deal with and they found us a trailer on a weekend in July last minute. They accommodated everything we needed and in a rush. They made myself and daughter(bride) very happy and saved the day. Would use again and recommend to anyone looking for a portable bathroom no matter what your needs... read more

2 guys from this company crashed into our car and didn’t leave a note.! Luckily a witness saw and left us with info. We called the company and they haven’t gotten back to us on their plan to make this right.
