They were great as pitstop- but no anymore. I’ve had algae growing in my pool for 2 weeks- was told someone would be out here to clear it up. Technician has missed it for 2 weeks. No one out here yet. Last chance is today for these people and I plan to find another company.

The technician showed up on the first day without the proper chemicals that were discussed with the Manager. He didn’t have the correct equipment(vacuum for tanning ledge). After calling back to the manager, he stated that they needed more equipment and that only some technicians had these. Algae was removed and before returning the next week for service, we had growth again.
