Pool is always green with algae. The technician(s) are not using proper chemistry treatment.
Tyler is always on time, polite and thorough with his servicing, definitely 110% please with Tyler and Poolie!
Tyler is the best!
Technician never takes the robotics out of the pool. Never clean the robotics basket. I have asked at least 15 times but they never. Terrible service. They always give me “lip service” but no real service. Don’t use this vendor. You’ll be disappointed
