My wife and I stayed here for approximately six months during PIT. Our experience was awesome from before our time there until after. We initially anticipated being in San Antonio for 3-4 months, which is what our initial reservation was for. While we were in the process of securing a room for the 3-4 months we would need it, the owners were kind, helpful, and responsive. Very easy to work with! Awesome place to stay for the TDY! I really enjoyed that everyone had their own bathroom for privacy. The owners are very quick to help with anything you need and bend over backwards to make sure you enjoy your stay. The community has a wonderful trail to run on and a pool within it. Additionally, I liked it’s proximity to I-35 and the New Braunfels area (lots of fun things to do there). Would highly recommend to anyone in search of a pit pad.
My husband loved this crashpad! Had everything he needed, along with plenty of private space, including his own bathroom in his bedroom. The neighborhood was nice, and super close to the Forum for shopping/food, and Costco to get groceries. Was really nice to be so close to I-35, which gets you anywhere you need in the city. Incredible place to call home away from home! Modern, clean, and spacious PIT Pad with really great and responsive owners. I was here for T-38 PIT, and like most people, ended up extended by 2 extra months. The house is close to I-35 which makes getting to Downtown, New Braunfels, Gruene, and all the awesome spots a really quick and easy drive. This is about a 20 minute drive to be at the squadron at Randolph. My buddies who stayed here recommended this place to me, and it did not disappoint. Definitely recommend!
Stayed here for 7 months due to PIT delays, so this may be a longer review than most. Although it wasn’t my “home”, it was a good place to call home while I was TDY. TVs in every room, movie room, bumper pool, darts, full kitchen with 2 fridges (2 guests per fridge), large living room, individual bathrooms for EVERY room (note, the house has an extra room but they CHOOSE not to rent it out unlike other PIT Pads so that everyone gets their own bathroom, despite the extra potential revenue…) and 3 car garage.
