The second shop was opened in 1996 and the other 3 followed soon after that. The Parker's have dedicated themselves to providing superb customer service along with value. The services have grown along with the automotive industry. Their oil change shops were the first in Southwest Oklahoma to offer the revolutionary T-Tech Transmission Service.

Over the years i have been to several oil change shops to service my vehicles in lawton. Pit Stop has been BY FAR the most informative, most efficient, and the friendliest people I have been to. I have several vehicles that they service and I have very little trouble with my vehicles. They check my vehicle`s fluids and filters and inform me when a service is indicated. Their prices are fair and I will continue to use them in the future. I am extremely happy with them. -GM
Went in for the advertised \$26.95 oil change and ignored the hard sell oil flush that I supposedly need and well as a color chart of what the fluids are supposed to look like. After waiting a half hour in 105 degree weather I was told the final bill was \$37.87. When I asked WHY the bill was so high I was told my oil filter was \$6 and there was a \$2 admin fee. None of these were mentioned till I was ready to leave. Too bad Lawton doesnt have a better business Bureau or Id report this illegal activity to them
Everyone hears the stories about the mechanic shop that will sell you things you dont need in order to make some more money; this is one of those shops. Funnier yet, the man who worked on my vehicle (Bob or Bobby, I think)was supposedly the manager!! The only reason I knew that he was trying to rip me off was because the last lube shop I went to did ALL of the work for me, since I was moving cross country, and said it wouldnt need to be done again until the visit after next possibly longer. alrightie then...gonna call it three stars here, because it really depends on what you want. They do appear fairly honest in their charges and the work they do, but with a few caveats. If youre looking for a place to go to have routine maintenance done in accordance with manufacturers guidance, then this is a GREAT place to go for it. They dont just throw new oil in your car and send you out the door. They go through and check out all the little things that wear down and need replacing on a regular basis. I went to Pit stop #3 on 12/29 and had a basic oil change, paid my bill and left. when i was looking at my receipt, I noticed several things that where supposedly checked (air filter, wiper blades, ect...) and all said ok. I live 30 miles from the store and on the way home my truck overheated. I pulled over and found it was from a lack of coolant. I bought some filled it up and all was ok. I recently visited Pit Stop Three as I have Pit Stop One and Two and found them to be knowledgeable,courteous and well trained. They serviced my car as the manufacturers recommended that they should and they did it very quickly. I travel a lot and I have a very nice car and I want to get the best care that I can. Pit Stop is the only place that I will go. I have been to cheaper places but the old saying "you get what you pay for" is true.
