Had a great first-tome experience changing the brakes on my 328i....then a few weeks later the location closed. Was absolutely satisfied with my visit - Art is a great guy and very knowledgeable and I was very sorry to hear of the closing. I’d happily be a returning customer when/if they reopen!
RecommendedI had an excellent experience today doing maintenance on the cars. Art was very helpful with getting me started and giving advice throughout the project. Also, I was able bring my 10 year old along to help with the oil change.
To improve they should stop stealing money from client's accounts and provide refunds when they have to

Wonderful first time experience at Pit Row! It was my first time using a 4 post lift and Taylor was so helpful in teaching me how to operate it safely. Looking forward to coming here for all future auto projects!
