I was a regular customer of this business Until I found out!!! If you have a relatively new European Automobile the Oil filter IS NOT under the Vehicles Engine. So, for the filter to be changed the oil man needs to open the ENGINE COVER(AFTER OPENING THE HOOD) and then change the Filter, in some cases the filter is just located in the engine area NOT UNDER THE Vehicle.
