Friendly and happy people. They're professional, quick and fast service when getting our oil changes and checkups. Would recommend them to anyone.
I have been going to Pit Lane since it opened. I have never had a problem. The employees are nice. Jaxine is a jewel of a person. I have had many oil changes, wire replacements, tune ups, tire rotations and many other things. I think they are top dogs in Lebanon. Go to Walmart and see how inept their automotive crew is!
Absolutely disagree with Alana K.'s post. Pit Lane has excellent service. Yes, you may need an appointment for an Inspection, but several other places in town are that way. The staff is always extremely friendly and usually I can get right in and out.
My experience has been the exact opposite of the other review by Alana K. I have been going to Pit Lane for years. The employees are always very nice. I have gotten state inspections at Pit Lane also. They always do right by me. They make sure repairs are completed correctly. We had an issue that Pit Lane worked on twice, the second time for free. Do not expect to get anything accomplished on your lunch hour because they've gone to lunch too. They only do state inspections by appointment. Even when you come back as requested, they still won't do a state inspection. Their customer service has really fallen over the years. Terribly rude employees.
