Where should I start? This project dates back to 01/2021 where a dealership who I won’t name made a few mistakes on my bike and couldn’t upheld their end to getting things fixed. I recently placed an order with Pit Lane Moto for a Klim Badmands Pro jacket, unfortunately I received the wrong size from Klim. I immediately contacted Pit Lane about Klim’s packaging error and Pit Lane made sure to correct the issue. Through out the entire process they remained in contacted and notified me of the replacement. Pit lane has exceptional customer service and definitely do business with them again.
Decided to purchase a helmet that showed available on the site. Waited a week to have my order voided. Owner did reach out to explain and offer a future resolution. I do appreciate the follow up but I do have a visor with no helmet now :(
Awesome folks, got me back up and running in no time
Misleading information online. Their website says they have items in stock. Their site allows you to add an item and order it. Thus deducting the money instantly from my account. I then received an order cancelation notice because they don't actually have the item in stock. However, I'll have to wait 3 days to receive my money back. When searching the item on google, their site again pops up, showing the item is in stock.
