I have been extremely happy taking classes here. While I live in NJ, I’m in Florida regularly and also do training in their Boca location. The staff all believes in the results driven culture and I always feel very welcome no matter which instructor or person at the desk. They explain each station and always make sure to help and correct if needed and you can go at your own pace/level. You will not be disappointed if you go!
I highly recommend this gym, it has excellent and very professional trainers, and the people there have an incredible vibe. It's definitely my favorite place, and I recommend it 100%.

The best gym hands down. Whether you are seasoned in the gym or brand new, this is the place. I since have left because I moved to the other side of the state and unfortunately I don’t think I will ever find something anywhere near what this place has to offer.
