The meat was dry and stringy both the pork ribs and the baked chicken.. The shell macaroni and cheese was not and the collard greens were very seasoned and salty

My wife and I first time trying Pit Boss. Wanted some BBQ. Got there at around 5:30. Went to order some smoked wings, the waitress says we don't have any chicken. No wings, no half chicken, no whole chicken. Just chopped chicken. You have to be joking. How a BBQ place named Pit Boss at 5:30 don't have no chicken?
