My husband and I recently had an oil change done and came back for a follow up. We have an older truck with high mileage and were concerned about possible engine issues. The store manager, Emil Barberena, went above and beyond to make sure the oil change was appropriate and to see if our truck was running properly (topping off the level and checking the pressure). I drove up on a Saturday 8/16/25 and was attended by Mr. Garner (what showed on the receipt) and requested an oil change and immediately went to work and before doing so he handed me an ice cold water bottle and after a few minutes the oil change was done. He was very professional and courteous. He has earned my business

So the worker that got me taken care of was WEST… as in “West the BEST” he was so kind and courteous… he even gave me some pointers on his opinion as to what the tires guys shoulda did with my car rather than wheat they did… He also used to be a tire guy.. he positioned the fan on me so I could feel some cool air blowing on this hot summer day and offered a cold drink in case I was feeling a bit hot.. service was quick and he was Professional

I had an oil change at the Nacogdoches road location. Shortly after my check engine light when on and when I stopped the car the cooling fan would remain on longer than it should. When I went back the next day the garage doors were closed at 10:00 am even though they opened at 8:00am. I called and the Kitty Hawk location said they should be open and to go there.
