Daughter went in for an oil change and they drained the oil but forgot to add oil back in her Mercedes! Engine is making a knocking noise checked the oil and it was dry! They went to her house and added oil to her car they didn’t know what story to go with bunch of excuses now they are trying to avoid us and fixing the problem but that’s why we have lawyers for these kind of shops! They’ll regret not correcting their mistake!

This is the absolutely worst place to get your oil changed. First, they have inexperienced workers who will do more damage to your car than anything else. These idiots forgot to secure the splash shield that it came undone as I drove away.

From out of town, truck needed an oil change, I Googled nearby places, read reviews and chose Piston Lube. Nolan and his colleague were professional, polite and quick with getting the job done. I'd use them again if the need arose while in town.
