The kind, courteous, and excellent care my cat received from answering the phone to the multiple followup was stellar! We where on vacation 400 miles from home and the attention and care my cat received was if we where long time customers. Thank you doesn't seem enough...very grateful customers!.

It's expected that when your pet is dying, a veterinarian will offer sympathy. But it's beyond expectations that he/she will cry with you during the pet's final moments. Dr. Joel Conn did that. And more: When I lost it during the euthanasia and wailed, "Please tell me I'm doing the right thing!" Dr. Joel responded, "I wouldn't be in this room with you if I thought otherwise." These guys are amazing. They go above and beyond. We were visiting from Louisiana our dogs some how escaped from our room. A young woman from the office was at our hotel with my baby and everyone helped us to look for our other pup. I so appreciative of these guys. We had a very happy endings the what could have been tragic.
