Chad did a great job with our home inspection and coordinating septic, well, pest, radon, and water inspections and gave us comprehensive reports for everything, including estimates for repairs for whatever needed attention. He's courteous, knowledgeable, articulate, and professional. Additionally, he's hooking us up with a free service that will assist in finding movers and setting up utilities. I'm looking forward to streamlining the research process!
My husband and I just bought our first home, and we used PHI for our inspection, radon and sewer scope testing. To say the whole process was seamless with them is an understatement!
