Very disappointing experience. Received estimate in April 2024. Was told job would be done in July...then September. No communication after that. Multiple phone calls and text messages that were never responded to. Today we were told that they don't know if they can do the job. Very unprofessional
Called twice to get an estimate to have a large driveway resealed. Left two messages and both were never returned. You decide.
Contacted Mike with Pisgah Asphalt back in August 21'. He came out in a timely manner, sent me a quote soon after and we scheduled work to be completed in late September. Late Sept. arrived and I was told "I was not on their books and he would have to schedule me for November". November came and went, with me calling and leaving messages on at least a weekly basis. During this 4 month period of waiting, the VERY expensive grading work I had done was slowly eroding from not being protected by a coat of asphalt. Now I have to ... read more
