I dealt with this company while I lived in Moncton, the owner at the time was Gary...Amazing sound customer advise and service...He was the real thing...no excessive chemicals just a recipe to do things that would keep our pool clean and sparking....awesome company!!!!!
Had an issue with my hot tub when moving to Moncton. Discovered that a sensor wire was cut. When I called 10 minutes before closing time, Dominic (sp?) went out of his way to help. He stayed after they closed, researched what sensor I needed, and called me back almost 30 minutes after they closed with the info. VERY impressed with him going out of his way and staying late to help me find a $45 part. Five star service! Thank you, Dominic!
Absolutely a great experience.wasnt sure because I'm somewhat of a dreamer when it came to owning a hot tub.after many years got one that was busted up realy good.couldnt order parts online so walked in feeling out of place walked out the most confident man in moncton.and with there help I've rebuilt the hot tub and it's cost me 102.65$.thanks lady's.customer for life.
The team at Fun Time Pools is always helpful and goes out of their way to make sure you are a satisfied customer. The Hydropool Hot Tub I purchased from them 4 years ago has been used almost daily and any minor issues over the years have been addressed quickly by Yolande and the staff at Fun Time Pools. If a pool or hot tub is in your plans, I highly recommend them.
