No WAY am I ever stepping foot here again. The only reason this isn’t getting a 1 star is because the people were decently nice. HOWEVER, our car was here for 3 full days (being returned once because the problem was not in fact fixed) and we left the final time, under the impression it was fixed. Now we’re getting it towed to another shop. I understand the frustration, but we rely on auto shops because THEY are supposed to be the experts. I had to take my car in for an unscheduled "emergency" service. Manny, the service consultant worked me in during the lunch hour and got a machinic to fix the problem on the spot. Manny was very helpful and very courteous. Good service experience.
