Met with a young employee, Nikkole Tolvstad, who quickly understood my needs! She had previously discussed types of trucks I was looking for, and adjusted to my needs to accommodate my goals. She was quick and was able to answer every question I had. Her confidence showed through out conversation and there was no hassle or fuss throughout the whole process. What a joke of a dealership, my trade(2014 Volt) was worth about $3000 over the phone. In person I was offered $1200, towards a $32990 vehicle. Posted vehicle on Facebook, had multiple inquires, and within a week sold for $5000. The vehicle I was looking at was so dirty and had to use the windshield washers just to drive it safety. Had the appointment to see it for 3 days and they could not waste the time to drive it thru a car wash or at least rinse it off?
If you’re looking to get a car I’d recommend Zach Orr at Pischke Motors of La Crosse. He helped assist me to buy my first car at 18. He was extremely respectful, considerate, honest. You could tell he really put a lot of thought into what was best for the customer. I went to multiple dealerships prior to coming here, and I didn’t feel the empathy I did from Zach.
I took my 18 year old friend shopping for her first car. We stopped at 10+ car dealerships, got out and looked as we expected someone to come out and help us, no one came to talk or ask questions or help. The few that did approach us, did not seem interested in helping us. We found ourselves driving through Pischke in Lacrosse, just as we were about to exit the parking lot we were approached by Zach Orr.
