I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I booked appointments for two people and even adjusted my schedule to arrive earlier after being asked to do so by the salon. Despite that, we were kept waiting for 30 minutes with no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. A simple pedicure ended up taking over an hour. All the old staff left and the new people doing lashes are horrible.
Had a head/neck massage to relieve head trauma. Unbelievable massage BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD! Highly recommended, Sophie was extremely gentle and professional!!! Jessie
