I've been a loyal customer of Piscessy Nails for almost two years, despite the ongoing issues with their booking system. Unfortunately, today's experience was the final straw. I called yesterday to book an appointment for both my hands and feet. The receptionist (Hayley) confirmed the booking, but never asked for my name or phone number. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I booked appointments for two people and even adjusted my schedule to arrive earlier after being asked to do so by the salon. Despite that, we were kept waiting for 30 minutes with no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. A simple pedicure ended up taking over an hour.
