I am a female who needed a small outboard to start and remove easily. I called a few different shops before calling Pisces, but when I called Pisces I could not believe the level of service Kelly provided. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and really listened to my concerns/needs. We ended up purchasing a Tohatsu 6 from Pisces which has been a dream engine for me. I can’t recommend Pisces Marine in Ancaster enough! Calie was extremely supportive and an excellent knowledge source when we serviced our 20HP EFI Tohatsu motor last fall. We had never serviced the unit ourselves prior so we’re somewhat hesitant to try. When it would not start this spring - she knew exactly what to troubleshoot for and the problem was solved. I only wish they serviced bigger engines also. Response time was also fantastic.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Calie worked on an 8 Hp Honda of mine and has it running like new again. It was such fast service which is so not the case usually. I am used to taking an outboard to a marine shop and it is there a month. So happy I went there.
